Award-Winning Insight on Innovation and the Evolving Role of LPS Professionals
What major accomplishments did your team achieve in 2015?
Perhaps the most significant team accomplishment in 2015 was
developing our multidisciplinary approach, where we could deliver
cost-effective outcomes for our clients through the integration of our
legal, technical and document review teams. This involved combining
a range of expertise with the use of leading-edge technologies,
efficient workflows and project management.
Stakeholder engagement was also an important focus. We
created a multidisciplinary team of lawyers and technologists to
develop and deliver marketing and educational programs for clients
and lawyers. We delivered many presentations to individual practice
groups, partner groups and clients.
We also concentrated on utilizing key metrics to deliver innovative
alternative pricing models for litigation and regulatory maers, which
has enabled us to satisfy our clients' needs for greater value.
Legal project management (LPM) education for our senior team
was achieved through the successful in-house development and
delivery of a two-day LPM training course.
