Sco Rechtschaffen: Liler has launched several
major initiatives, a highlight this past year being
Compliance HR, a standalone company that is a joint
venture between Liler and Neota Logic, a soware
company based in New York. Through this joint venture,
we are creating all sorts of applications that represent a
