Smart law firms are finding ways to drive client value through better
business and financial management practices.
FROM THE
EDITOR
They are understanding client needs and
wants, developing client-focused solutions,
re-evaluating and streamlining business processes,
and reimagining legal services — some might say
they deliver it in a nice package. What can you do
to package your services better and drive client
value? ILTA's "Business and Financial Management"
white paper is but one resource to help you answer
that question.
Our authors have unveiled the inner workings
of legal operations, exposed how to build Lean
from the ground up, introduced rebuttals to
lawyer objections to destroying paper, uncovered
collections tips and more. These are just some of the
things that can help your legal organization stand
apart from the competition. We also encourage
you to browse the 2014 Business and Financial
Management white paper.
