OUR VENUE Our conference venue this year is the Gaylord National Resort and Conference Center, near Washington, D.C. Its bountiful amenities include a waterfront promenade and Gaylord National Pier, with access to water taxies to Georgetown and Old Town Alexandria. Member attendees will be provided with a link to reserve rooms at the Gaylord National when they register for conference. BUDGETING FOR ILTA 2012 (applies to members only) The registration fee is $1,095 per person. The fee covers your materials, attendance at all sessions and events, including breakfast and lunch each day, and dinner each evening except Wednesday. The nightly room rate is $219 + $15 resort fee (covers Internet access, fitness center, in-room coffee and water bottles). You should plan to arrive on Sunday, August 26 and depart on Friday, August 31 to take full advantage of all sessions and networking events. The rate is extended for three days prior to and after the conference dates.
