ABOUT THE AUTHORS JOSH BIGNELL is the CEO and Co-Founder of BigSquare Solutions where he has helped direct and develop numerous successful BI implementations with law firm and PSO clients that leveraged their existing technology investments. Josh also focuses on new product and solution development in an effort to position BigSquare for future opportunities. Prior to co-founding BigSquare Solutions, Josh had close to ten years of experience working for large law firms and professional service organizations. Toby’s primary role is working with firm partners and clients in developing alternative fee arrangements (AFAs) and driving new business. In his past roles at Fulbright, he drove knowledge management (KM) initiatives and various marketing efforts including practice group marketing, competitive intelligence, client relationship (CRM) and firm expertise.
