ABOUT THE AUTHORS PEDRO ACOSTA, a Senior Systems Engineer at McAngus Goudelock & Courie, LLC, has more than 10 years of experience in computer systems and client/server environments. He is a Microsoft Certified System Engineer, VMware Certified Professional and Citrix Engineer, with a focus on disaster recovery, messaging and virtualization. SHANE CALLAGHAN is the Director of Information Technology for McInnes Cooper, a regional law firm with seven offices in Atlantic Canada.
