t seems appropriate that we use this leadership themed Peer to Peer issue to discuss a different take on what it means to lead and be followed. Enter thought leadership, a somewhat abstract concept that has been overused at times but equally underrated at others. In the legal market, many individuals have assumed a thought leadership role in defining new paradigms, recognizing innovation, sharing ideas, and having the confidence and guts to make mistakes and bounce back stronger because of them.
