As an active member of the firm's AI Task Force, Priti guides AI strategy, governance, and responsible adoption ef for ts while advancing data governance initiatives that position information as a strategic asset for future innovation. Priti combines experience from both law firm and legal technology provider environments, giving her a practical understanding of how innovation succeeds in real-world legal settings. She works closely with legal, IT, and business stakeholders to implement sc alable solutions that balance technologic al advancement with governance, privacy, and ethical considerations. Her work emphasizes that successful AI adoption depends not only on technical capability, but also on trust, transparency, and strong data foundations. In 2024, Priti received ILTA's Distinguished Peer Award for Best Member Ar ticle for " Navigating the Data Deluge: Privacy, AI Governance, and the Future of Innovation." In 2026, she further re ceive d the A ALL Sp e c trum Ar ticle of the Year award for "Coded Bias in AI: Identifying and Addressing Challenges in Legal Knowledge Management." A dedicated ILTA volunteer, Priti previously served as Co-Chair of ILTA's DEI Commit tee and currently ser ves as Co - Chair of the Volunteer Operations Committee.
