As she puts it, influence isn't measured by what one accomplishes alone, but in how many others rise because the space was built for them. Shreya's influence ex tends well beyond implementation . She has consistently worked to redefine legal tech as more than digitization, advocating instead for workflow redesign and cultural transformation. Through her writing, speaking engagements , and teaching roles at institutions such as NALSAR University and Jindal Global University, she translates complex AI developments into practical, accessible insights. Her current role on Stephenson Harwood's innovation team, alongside her appointment as ILTA's India Envoy, reflects her continued work bridging legal practice and technology across markets. A p a s s i o n a te a d vo c a te fo r i n c l u s i o n , S h r e y a h a s a l s o championed the role of "allied legal professionals," challenging traditional hierarchies that marginalize non-lawyers in legal organizations. Through ILTN's Women in LegalTech Initiative, which she co-founded, she has helped more than 75 women transition into or advance within legal tech c areers . The program's structured mentorship model -- focused on real visibility, surfacing non-linear career journeys so that women entering the field can see achievable paths rather than just polished success stories. Notably, much of this work is led by early-career professionals and students, proving that creating pathways doesn't require decades of experience. Among her proudest accomplishments is leading the first- ever Indian delegation to the U K- India LegalTe ch Trade Mission, backed by the U.K . Depar tment for Business and Trade. The initiative positioned India as a global contributor to legal innovation rather than merely a ser vice market , opening pathways for bilateral collaboration between two major legal ecosystems.
