Her work in legal technology has been both practical and forward-looking. From developing proprietary client portal suites that enhanced transparency and collaboration to advancing the thoughtful adoption of AI in an industry still rooted in billable- hour economics, Kim has consistently focused on solutions that deliver real value. Today, she is helping organizations move beyond experimentation with generative AI toward responsible, scalable implementation -- guiding conversations around ethics, productivity, and the future of legal service delivery. Equally significant is her commitment to developing others. For more than a decade, Kim has mentored students through LaSalle University's Computer Science Advisory Board, preparing them for long-term career success through candid guidance and real-world insight. She extends this impact through the Inspire Leadership Academy's Next Generation Leaders program, where she mentors aspiring CIOs, and within her own organization, where she actively develops emerging leaders -- particularly women -- through coaching, sponsorship, and stretch opportunities. Her leadership extends beyond the corporate sphere. Through board service with the Second Harvest Food Bank of Middle Tennessee and participation on the TennesseeCIO Advisory Board, she applies her expertise to strengthen communities and elevate the broader technology ecosystem. At the core of Kim's influence is a clear philosophy: technology leadership is ultimately about people. By fostering collaboration, championing continuous learning, and creating intentional pathways for women to lead, she is not only advancing legal technology -- she is ensuring the next generation is ready to take it even further.
