Her commitment to long-term industry growth is reflected in her focus on talent development. She designed and personally sponsored West Africa's first legal tech innovation challenge, creating a pipeline for young talent -- particularly women -- to engage with legal technology, product thinking, and problem- solving early in their careers. This initiative has already produced emerging innovators who are transitioning into careers in legal tech, product management, and regulatory innovation, with pathways being created for participation in global competitions. Chioma's leadership has been recognized both regionally and globally. She was named among Crest Africa's "Leaders Shaping Africa 2025" and awarded its Spotlight Feature for her impact in legal innovation and ecosystem building. She is also the first legal tech founder selected for Antler's Founder in Residence program in Africa, reflecting strong validation of her vision and execution in complex markets. Additional recognition includes being featured as a Millennial leader by The People's Law Accolade Magazine. On the global stage, she has represented Africa as a panelist at the Global LegalTech Hub Conference, contributing to the continent's first dedicated discussion at the event. She also curated and moderated Legal Geek's first Women in Legal Tech roundtable, creating an intentional platform for advancing women's leadership and participation in the industry. Mentorship remains central to her work. Through NLTN and initiatives such as Women Impacting Nigeria, GetBundi TechSis, and NITDA programs, she has supported women at various career stages, focusing on building confidence, visibility, and ILTA AWARDS OF EXCELLENCE 2026 7
