Rawia played a key role in the acquisition and integration of Casetext, a cce l e r at i n g A I c a p a b i l i t i e s , a n d e st a b l i s h e d st r ate g i c partnerships, including collaborations with Microsoft and DeepJudge, to deliver secure, enterprise-grade solutions. She has also championed access to justice by expanding AI tools into legal aid, nonprofit, and government sectors, helping organizations increase capacity and better serve communities. A recognized thought leader, Rawia is a frequent keynote speaker at major industry events, including Stanford Law CodeX, Legal Tech Innovators, and Legalweek. Her contributions have earned her the Thomson Reuters Innovation Award for Innovation in Generative AI (2024), highlighting her leadership in advancing practical, impactful AI solutions. Equally important is her commitment to mentorship and inclusion. Rawia actively mentors women in legal technology through formal programs and one-on-one sponsorship, helping them secure promotions, speaking opportunities, and leadership visibility. She also serves as a mentor and judge at the Stanford Law CodeX Hackathon and as a board member of the New York State Coalition Against Domestic Violence, where she advises on responsible AI adoption with a focus on safety and equity.
