LETTER FROM
THE EDITOR
I
t is hard to believe that by the time
this issue of the Peer to Peer has been
published, more than three months will
have passed since I assumed the role
of Editor of Content and Publications.
Although I spent two and a half years
editing technology content in a former role,
the rapid evolution of AI in the time since then
has made the technology landscape nearly
unrecognizable from what I knew. This issue's
theme of AI maturity is an especially timely
subject to help get me back up to speed.
Fortunately, with AI being the topic on
everyone's mind, there was no shortage of
submissions for this issue. The subjects range
from real-world applications of AI, like witness
and deposition preparation and video analysis
for litigation, to newer use cases such as vibe
coding. With AI maturity being such a broad
theme, this issue also touches on information
governance, legal matter architecture, and
agentic workflows.
