PRACTICE MICRO- DEVELOPMENT Growth does not necessarily mean attending all-day seminars. WWL's Nurturing Outstanding Women (NOW) series provides quick, powerful pro tips through LinkedIn, ideal for busy professionals. Watch a two- minute video on self-promotion, try a networking strategy at your next meeting, or reflect on a journaling prompt. Small steps create significant momentum. SAY YES TO VISIBILITY Whether volunteering for a panel, writing a blog post, or presenting at a lunch-and-learn, visibility builds confidence and credibility. WWL welcomes volunteers to participate in webinars, submit LinkedIn tips, and contribute ideas. Raising your hand can open doors. BUILD YOUR CIRCLE Professional development is enhanced by community involvement. The community boosts professional growth. Surround yourself with peers, mentors, and advocates who can support and guide you. Engage in WWL events, such as ILTACON sessions or the Catalyst conference, which connect women across organizations for meaningful learning and relationship-building. EMPOWERMENT REQUIRES COLLABORATION While personal growth is certainly individual, it does not happen in isolation. The barriers women face in legal tech—whether subtle bias or structural inequity—necessitate personal development and external support. Women Who Lead is working to close that gap by providing the tools, spaces, and sisterhood women need to thrive.
