As a part of ILTA's Membership Committee, she shapes programs and processes that foster community integration and participation among newcomers. She developed the ILTACON Buddy Program to pair first-time conference attendees with experienced mentors to enhance first- timers' ILTACON experience and open doors for them to build lifelong relationships with peers. She also spearheaded the development of ILTA's Law Firm 101 e-learning tool, a comprehensive resource for those new to the legal profession, covering essential topics such as a rapidly shifting legal landscape driven by technology adoption and integration.
