The Budget Module enables departments to manage financial plans more accurately, linking budget items to projects, vendor contracts, and procurement records. The Vendor Module standardizes vendor risk and contract management, ensuring compliance and improved tracking of vendor relationships. The Project Module is a central hub for project management, tracking key milestones, financials, and resource allocation. The Procurement Module streamlines purchase requests and invoice processing, providing automated approvals and real- time financial oversight. By leveraging existing Microsoft Dynamics 365 infrastructure, this project maximizes the firm's technology investments without additional costs, ensuring a unified user experience while expanding system capabilities. The result is a scalable, fully integrated platform that improves efficiency, enhances governance, and provides firmwide visibility into financial and project-related activities.
