Influential Women in Legal Tech / G I N A B U S E R powered practice and feedback tool for personalized learning. These initiatives address the evolving needs of the legal industry and empower law firms to build a highly skilled and adaptable workforce. Gina's vision to help law firms of all sizes improve employee engagement and talent development through a learning culture is the foundation for Traveling Coaches' mission to educate and empower legal professionals. Their recently launched learning service, Premier Learning, offers access to subject matter experts, change management practitioners, communication and learning strategists, training team leaders, trainers, instructional designers, and account managers to support a law firm's commitment to developing a talented and engaged workforce. Gina embodies Traveling Coaches' core value to "Serve(s) Generously" through her volunteerism. She serves on the board of Springcreek Church, where she is active with various youth programs. She is also a member of the Advisory Council for World Vision's Strong Women Strong World and regularly travels to developing countries on mission trips. She regularly provides mentorship to team members of Traveling Coaches, along with new local and international business owners. A frequent speaker and respected thought leader, Gina generously shares her expertise with legal technology organizations like ILTA and ALA. Gina is the current Chair of ILTA's Business Partner Committee (BPC) and recently served on a local experience task force. Her ILTA volunteerism includes serving on multiple committees and task forces, guiding initiatives to increase value for the larger legal tech community.
