at Stradley Ronon, Sarah Hirebet began
building the firm's KM and innovation
program in 2023. One of Sarah's first
moves was to reimagine vendor relations
to focus on strategic partnerships.
To create the right foundation for a KM and innovation
program, Sarah first partnered with ClearPeople to
implement and further develop its Atlas intranet product
in collaboration with Upland BA Insight's SmartHub
search tool. The successful launch of Stradosphere,
built on the Atlas platform, introduced Stradley Ronon
to a culture of iterative transformation driven by user
data and design thinking.
Custom features include Ronodex, a dynamic way to
organize firm contacts; Knowledge Drop, an Outlook-
integrated workflow for building knowledge collections;
and People Pivot, a firm directory allowing users to filter
by criteria and pivot between individuals and groups.
People Pivot was so well-received that ClearPeople
incorporated it into its product roadmap as an out-of-
the-box feature. This partnership continues as Stradley
Ronon works to bring GenAI into operational and legal
workflows with Atlas Fuse, a tool that allows firm teams
to build custom GenAI agents.
