At Davis Wright Tremaine LLP, she has launched and manages several cybersecurity programs, including threat hunting operations , Microsof t A zure securit y, threat intelligence, ethical hacking, and offensive security/red teaming. Raenesia works closely with cross-functional teams, leading key projects strengthening the organization's security posture. Re cognize d a s an ILTA Young Profe s sional to Watch and a WGU Circle of Excellence Award recipient for Microsoft Cloud Security, a distinguished recognition award reser ved only for exception al a chievem ent in subje c t m at ter s a s par t of the Master's in Cybersecurity (MS) program, Raenesia is committed to continuous learning and collaboration. She currently volunteers with ILTA as a Security and Compliance Content Team member, where she collaborates with legal security leaders to develop actionable guidance on critical cybersecurity topic s af fecting the legal industr y. Raenesia also ser ves on several committees with LS-ISAO (Legal Services Information Sharing and Analysis Organization), where she strives to bridge the gap between cybersecurity and legal technology, helping firms navigate complex security challenges strategically with actionable insights , tools , and resources . Raenesia is also an active member of InfraGard, an FBI par tnership dedicated to protecting US critical infrastructure. Beyond the enterprise, Raenesia is an educator, mentor, and work force innovator. During her time as an IT Ser vice Desk Manager, she wrote and taught a year-long high school IT course fo c u s e d o n p re p a r in g s t u d e nt s fo r C o m pT I A c e r ti f i c ati o n , achieving a 100% pass rate. This innovative approach earned recognition from CompTIA for its positive impact on workforce d e v e l o p m e n t a n d e d u c a t i o n , b r i d g i n g t h e g a p b e t w e e n classroom theory and practical workplace skills. She also was a founding member of the Tennessee af filiate of WiCyS ( Women in Cybersecurity). As a founding member and treasurer of the WiCyS ( Women in Cybersecurity) Tennessee Af filiate, Raenesia played a key role in establishing the chapter and driving initiatives that support women in cybersecurity.
