A R T I C L E O F T H E Y E A R / Member JOSH WULF LINKEDIN /joshuawulf FINALIST READ ONLINE epubs.iltanet.org/i/1527706-fall24/17 J osh Wulf's article, "Embracing a Growth Mindset: The Transformative Potential of ILTACON" (2024 Fall issue of Peer to Peer), provides a firsthand perspective on how attending and volunteering for ILTACON offers opportunities for professional development. He attributes attending his first ILTACON in 2018 as the catalyst behind his shift toward a growth-oriented mindset. Josh offers examples of ways that shifting his perspective, along with leadership development opportunities found through ILTA volunteerism, served as a pivotal point in his vocational journey. As a Practice Technology Analytics Manager at Vorys Sater Seymour and Pease, LLP, Josh invests in his team's professional development through mentorship and creating collaborative spaces that encourage communication among team members with shared interests and various roles and functions. Additionally, Josh pursues learning opportunities and content focused on ethical usage of AI and data, and certification courses to ensure his readiness to develop and lead new processes. As an active member of the ILTA community, Josh has served on the ILTACON committee for the past four years, first as a session coordinator and then as a team coordinator. In those roles, he collaborated with other volunteers to ensure that attendees receive accurate, industry-relevant, and timely information emblematic of ILTA's standard of excellence. Josh shares his passion for mentoring with ILTA through initiatives like myMentor and the ILTACON Buddy program offered to first-time attendees. Josh spoke at the Copilot Symposium in March 2025 and looks forward to his role leading the ILTA EVOLVE committee in 2026. ILTA AWARDS OF EXCELLENCE 2025 1 8
