Kaden was the first hired for NetDocuments' SMB initiative in 2017, quickly rising to lead the North America MidMarket sales team. His efforts helped grow the SMB team from a few people to over 70, making it a focal point of the business. In 2022, He moved to the UK to replicate this success in the EMEA region and expand into 19 new EMEA countries. Now, through partnerships with local LPMS providers to integrate NetDocuments' enhanced document management and security capabilities, Kaden and his team are revolutionizing how legal professionals work across EMEA. Kaden is the only person in NetDocuments history to achieve every President's Club qualification, having done so seven times. He won the Inside Sales Rep of The Year award in 2019 and 2020, the Top Sales Leader award in 2022, and Employee of the Year in 2022. He emphasizes the importance of skill, expertise, integrity, accountability, and strong ethics. Kaden strives to be a trusted thought leader by conducting thorough research and making recommendations that benefit the legal community, not just to make a sale. Kaden formed his foundation for service during his two years of volunte ering in C entral Americ a , which he continue d by supporting programs like The Burrito Project in Salt Lake City. His team, along with partners, created a monthly "Pie Club" in London and the UK for legal professionals to share knowledge and ideas in a low-pressure environment. As a new "girl dad," Kaden is conscious of the gender disparity in sales and is proud to be par t of a local "revenue leadership team" that consists of four women and t wo men . He believes in broadening the perspective and horizons of the legal tech community by helping legal professionals from diverse geographies. He is a speaker for sessions at many legal tech conferences, particularly on generative AI in legal, educating professionals on its pros, cons, advantages, and dangers.
