is dedicated to transforming the landscape for
women in our industry.
OUR MISSION: BEYOND
REPRESENTATION TO
TRANSFORMATION
Our committee was born out of a critical
observation: While women are increasingly
present in legal technology, achieving
authentic representation in leadership roles
remains a challenge. We are not simply
seeking to add more women into existing
structures—we are committed to reimagining
those structures while empowering women
with the tools needed to thrive.
Our committee has refined its mission this year
and created programming to bring it to life. Our
approach is holistic, encompassing traditional
professional development and the whole
woman. We are exploring a comprehensive
lineup of content that supports professional
