Josh: Another aspect that shifted EVOLVE session planning this year was in line with an industry- wide trend that ILTA responded to at the beginning of 2025. ILTA's 2025 Programming Priorities reflect a shift in how we approach GenAI content. In 2024, the content primarily focused on hypothetical scenarios and highlighted the potential capabilities of AI- powered solutions. ILTA's 2025 Programming Priorities shifted our approach to AI content from hypothetical possibilities to the exploration of practical, boots-on- the-ground applications. We have four workshops scheduled for this year, all on Monday and Tuesday mornings. Folks can attend those sessions early instead of at the end of the conference. All four look like fantastic opportunities for hands- on learning experiences. Prompt Armor is facilitating a workshop on "Navigating the AI Maze." With the unprecedented number of tech solutions flooding the legal tech market, how do you select the right AI tools to achieve your desired outcomes? How do you navigate that maze? This workshop is designed to support you through that process. Kraft Kennedy's workshop blends practical applications of GenAI with a second Programming Priority for 2025, information governance. This workshop looks at Microsoft Purview as a suite of tools designed to help organizations manage their data estate, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and protect sensitive information. WHAT ARE A FEW ASPECTS OF THIS YEAR'S CONFERENCE THAT YOU ARE MOST LOOKING FORWARD TO? Ken: The workshops are what I am most excited about attending. Josh mentioned the Prompt Armor and Kraft Kennedy workshops. We also have Christian Lang from Lega coming in to work with folks on how to compare different LLMs. Lega has a cool sandbox for attendees to play in. Then, Zach Abramowitz from Killer Whale Strategies will be facilitating the fourth workshop. Zach's 2024 EVOLVE sessions had a tremendous impact on the community. I am excited to see what he has in store for us! Josh: Beyond the workshops and session developments, I am excited to see everyone. I look forward to the holistic networking opportunities that happen when you gather in a space with 300 or so of your closest professional friends, many of whom are ILTA Business Partners. I am also excited to attend our Distinguished Peer Awards ceremony on Tuesday night. It is such an honor to be in the room celebrating the examples of excellence in ILTA's community!
