By leveraging machine learning (ML) to analyze the writings of Davis Wright Tremaine's (DWT) most prolific partner authors, they can now generate style guides that replicate their voice and style. These guides are integrated into a GPT4 Large Language model, resulting in an AI-powered tool capable of reviewing and counseling writers of any skill level at DWT, using the same voice and tone as the original partner. In an era where remote work has made training and mentorship more challenging than ever, DWT Prose offers a way to scale the availability of our top attorneys in a manner that would otherwise be impossible. While acknowledging that there is no true substitute for one-on-one mentorship, the utility offered by an AI tool that can review first drafts and suggest personalized, subjective changes that would otherwise consume valuable Davis Wright Tremaine Partner/Associate mentorship time cannot be ignored. The DWT.AI "Prose" project has transformed the way DWT approaches professional development and document review, bringing exceptional innovation and added business value to their firm.
