A s Relativity's Program Manager for Brand Content, Blair Cohen manages programs that support Relativity's brand and key corporate initiatives. Blair's understanding of professionalism stems from a unique fusion of her experience as an improv comedian and former social worker. Her social work background enhances her ability to discern how to best engage with coworkers and members of her communities daily. Blair is passionate about highlighting the voices of others, particularly diverse voices within legal tech communities. She is the driving force behind Stellar Women, Relativity's p o d c a s t a n d c o m m u n i t y of l i s te n e r s t h a t b e g a n i n 2018. Here, Blair spotlights women in legal technology, promotes gender equity, and provides learning and development opportunities to women within the tech and legal tech industries. B l a i r 's s k i l l s i n p e r fo r m a n c e a n d c o m e d y e m p o w e r her to deliver relevant content, help coach the next generation of speakers, and encourage those who suffer from speaking anxiety. She is an avid volunteer who collaborates with AI Visionaries through blog articles, creating podcast episodes, slotting them into different speaking engagements, and helping them create a year- long plan of engagement. Blair hosted and participated in various sessions at Relativity Fest in 2018, 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023. She attended ILTACON with Relativity in 2022 and 2023.
