These technologies range from DMSes, extranets, intranets, and automation to AI, Gen AI, and more. She is particularly proud of her propensity to seek out and work with new legal tech start-ups, collaborate closely with them to develop their products for the market and influence their strategic direction. Seeing these emerging entrepreneurs learn, grow, and prosper has been gratifying. She continues to work with and develop partnerships with legal tech start-ups and offers advice and mentorship to others exploring legal tech ideas. Ginevra's contributions to the legal tech ecosystem are evident in the prolific collection of educational material she's authored throughout her career. She has written articles, white papers, chapters, and books on law, legal technology, innovation, law practice management, and knowledge management. She is a frequent international speaker on these topics, including at international events in Dublin, Mumbai, the U.S., and Canada. She has graciously spoken at ILTACON sessions yearly for roughly ten years or more. She participates in webinars and podcasts for Bar Associations, ILTA, legal technology vendors, and other industry associations and networks. Throughout her career, Ginevra has mentored many students, lawyers, tech entrepreneurs, volunteers, and recent immigrants looking to enter the legal or legal tech industry. Her mentorship has played a vital part in formal programs, like Toronto's Recent Immigrants Employment Council and Law Within High Schools, as well as informal individual mentorship. Every year, Ginerva mentors several young lawyers in legal writing, process improvement, technology adoption and practice, and matter management.
