S h e c o l l a b o r a t e s i n t e r n a t i o n a l l y t o t r a n s f o r m l e g a l busines ses , enhance client ser vices , a n d fo s te r d i ve r s e t a l e n t rete n t i o n , overseeing global initiatives . Terri was appointed Chair of the Queensland Law Society's Generative AI in Legal Practice Joint Working Group, following a career spanning law practice, startup founding, and talent management in Asia and the U.S. At the Centre for Legal Innovation , Terri and her team create a safe, energetic, collaborative space where people gather to learn, share experiences, and experiment with what is transforming the legal ecosystem. The Centre was established in May 2016 with an educational foundation to identify, analyze, and monitor the increasingly rapid changes in the legal sector and translate collected educ ational m a te r i a l i n to b i te - s i ze d a c t i o n s te p s fo r l e g a l professionals . The Centre is now connected with over 126,000 people in 116 countries. The C entre for Legal Innovation (CLI ) has three main areas of focus: (1) emerging legal practice, (2) innovation and " Legalpreneurship," and (3) legal technology and AI.
