distinguished leader in legal innovation,
prioritizing real-world adoption and
bridging gaps for impactful change.

client value, data analytics, knowledge
management, and generative AI (Gen AI), backed by
her experience in legal technology and recognition
from prestigious organizations like the American Bar
Association (ABA).
Alma became a part of the early legal innovation
boom when she entered legal technology spaces
in 2012. At the time, there was very little support
for startups. Alma sold her business, Allegory, to
Integreon, successfully exiting the startup phase
of her career. She took on roles at Integreon and
Litera to broaden her opportunities to impact legal
innovation. Ultimately, Alma wanted to bring her
knowledge and experience back to a big law firm,
where she could work with lawyers to improve their
use of legal technology.
Alma brings her firsthand experience of building
technology and relationships in the legal tech world to
her role as Crowell & Moring's Chief Innovation Officer.
