Allison's expertise includes defining and implementing project management methodologies, standardizing and merging best practices and processes across departments, and managing resources through proactive scheduling and budget constraints. She develops and maintains project archives and the templates, tools, software, and other resources needed to refine project management processes. Allison creates professional cultures where everyone feels valued and empowered to contribute. By setting a personal example, encouraging a spirit of cooperation, and driving projects to successful outcomes, she strives to achieve goals and enhance team members' and stakeholders' growth and satisfaction. For Allison, professionalism means showing up daily with a positive and respectful demeanor, nurturing relationships, fostering collaboration, and creating spaces where trust and productivity flourish. Allison has joined the larger ILTACON volunteer team for the past three years. As a Session Coordinator, she played a pivotal role in defining sessions, selecting speakers, and coordinating presentation content.
