publications, and project successes.
Ginevra is a seasoned trailblazer in legal knowledge
management, innovation, and legal technology
implementation, design, and adoption. Her work within
the legal profession began over 30 years ago. She
started as a practicing lawyer for ten years, shifted to
legal tech after ten years, then transitioned to a KM
and innovation specialist in 1998. Since then, Ginevra
has developed change management strategies,
legal tech adoption models and educational content,
innovation protocols, and suites of proprietary tools.
She co-founded the Canada Legal KM/Tech forum
that grew from 12 member firms in Toronto to roughly
50 across Canada.
