ike a day at Warehouse 13, work for a law firm is a mix of
adventure, mystery, and comedy. I connote the warehouse
to the litigation support world - but I believe it translates
throughout legal tech. We need to explore all of the
information to learn what is on the shelves and then plan
to box it up and get it out of the building and distributed to
those who need it in the field.
The universal truth is that the work force has changed across the
board and now there is a balance of working in the office with flexibility to
be remote. For firms with multiple locations the distributed tech has been a
way of life. For others, firms are realizing the opportunity to return to the
pre-COVID model is not viable – by choice or necessity – hybrid models are
the future. We are working everywhere and from anywhere - how do we
sustain that model.
Oh, I see, this is now a Strategy, not just
a Business Continuity game plan?
