But what a year! In a famous speech in 2018, Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau said, "The pace of change has never been this fast, yet it will never be this slow again." Whether he was the first to say it or not, he followed up the best with this: "You are rightly anxious about how quickly our existing business models are being disrupted. Still, if you're anxious, imagine how the folks who aren't in this room are feeling." And your room is ILTA. We are here to help you navigate change with content and connections that help you in your work journey. Many of you are looking forward eagerly (as am I!) to ILTA's ultimate one-stop- shop: ILTACON. And August is just around the corner! A little later in this column, I will tell you some of what I am looking forward to at ILTACON. But remember, ILTA is more than ILTACON! It is year-round programming, with networking opportunities of all kinds! For our UK and Europe folks, we have a Microsoft Teams event, as well as ILTACON Europe, in November. The Tech Survey will be issued shortly, and we will publish after ILTACON (we know you need it for budget season!!!!). Speaking of surveys, have you seen the Security Survey? New publications with fresh insights! And What to combined content AND peer networking? Then how about those roundtables? Trainers, SMB Security Professionals, Information Governance experts, Teams MasterMinds, and Docketing (IP and General Litigation) peers meet regularly to learn, teach, collaborate, and commiserate! Simply sign up from the ILTA Web site! Our many Communities of Interest (aka e-groups) also combine content and connections. I can't tell you how many times at an ILTA event in my volunteer days someone would come up and say, "so glad to meet you – I read something you posted on the e-groups!" On the Web site, you will also find Webinars, podcasts, Product Briefings, blog posts, Master Classes, and more! And after this, we still have two more issues of Peer to Peer, not to mention white papers and surveys still to come!!! And, hey, those summer and holiday socials will be here before you know it! Then there's that little event called ILTACON in August in Orlando. What will you see at ILTACON? Over 80 general educational sessions, plus Master Classes and Company Updates.
