3 I L T A N E T . O R G F R O M T H E E D I T O R Over my last five years at ILTA, I've been to dozens of conferences, one-day events, virtual meetings, and volunteer and member celebrations. I've seen our organization tackle a robust Strategic Plan and I've seen our membership and volunteers experience growth and change in ways that no one could have expected. We have been resilient and adaptive: Spring, the season, and the feeling, are both of those things as well... This issue of Peer to Peer highlights some of the new and amazing ways our community is coming together, raising each other up, and learning in new and innovative ways. As we (M)arch forward, we look ahead to our Influential Women in Technology list, our Distinguished Peer Awards, LegalSEC Summit, dozens of webinars and podcasts, Master's Classes, a Board Election, ILTACON, and then even to ILTACON Europe. The year is briming with possibilities. And this march forward to new education, to new training, signals to me that our Publications and Content offerings also need to keep advancing. With that in mind, we're bringing back the Staffing and Compensation Salary and we're offering a new Security Survey. We'll have our stalwart Technology Survey, but even it has undergone a bit of a reworking of historical questions, because everything we do here at ILTA needs to be on the cutting edge of technology. We are marching forward. I hope that within these pages that you will find some fun and new information for you to share with your #legaltech colleagues. If you don't see something YOU would want to learn, send me an email. We'll see where we can find a home for all good content, together. Enjoy the read.
