We've talked at great length about the challenges and trials of 2020, 2021, and 2022, however, what we have failed to talk about are the successes and opportunities for growth these years have brought us. Change rarely comes to us wrapped up as something we want to embrace, to boldly accept, while not knowing what awaits us. Instead, the last few years have allowed us to jump into the deep end; to find solutions to problems we had only thought of briefly, once before, and look at problems we didn't even know we had. If you will, these Tri-ing years have forced us to be more innovative, more open-minded, and with that, we have all grown. What a brilliant opportunity it has been! As we look to 2023, we look ahead knowing we can tackle just about anything that is thrown at us. What should you expect from ILTA events in 2023? Well, our calendar is already filling up! In Q1 you can expect to experience a Women Who Lead Live and In Person event in New York City on March 20. Following this, LegalSEC Summit is back in the later spring in Baltimore Harbor, from on May 3-5. While in Baltimore, we will be broadcasting: live!! the Distinguished Peer Awards. In August, we will be in Orlando FL, for the campus wide ILTACON 2023 event, which is shaping up to be our best event in ILTA history! Rounding out the years, we will be back in London for ILTACON Europe on November 15 and 16. Additionally, throughout the year, we will have a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion event, several Microsoft Teams events; these dates are still being finalized, so stay tuned for more to come on these! 2023 will also bring some new structure in the Service Delivery area, we will be offering more content from the Content Teams, as well as more education and networking opportunities for G100 and G200 firms. ILTA ROADSHOWS are back, so get ready for some great thought leadership coming to a town near you. We will bring the #MyILTA content to your door! 2023 gives us hope for a new normal, and we will embrace the opportunity to see you face to face, reconnect, and learn together.
