She has great fun focusing on "StrategicIT" – looking at innovation, internally and for clients, and thought leadership around new ways to help clients deliver successful projects. TJ has deep experience in legal technology. A familiar and well-respected figure in the legal technology industry, TJ worked in various capacities for law firms and legal departments. Most known for her recent role on the executive team of ILTA (International Legal Technology Association) where she led the strategy development and execution of ILTA's global portfolio of events, was instrumental in growing their premier conference, ILTACON, and was responsible for the vison and execution of many strategic projects. I LTA Conferences and the ILTA Technology Survey are IMHO the most valuable experiences/ resources available to everyone in the legal technology ecosystem. The events and survey results provide the everything we need to make us all better at doing our jobs, at helping our organizations solve business problems, developing our strategies, choosing the right technologies and implementing them successfully. Every ILTA conference I have ever attended, spoken at, helped coordinate or facilitate, or been an exhibitor at, has made me better and has made my organization better. Each year the Tech Survey gives us the information we need to build our IT strategy and budget for what we need to do next, and better! I began my ILTA conference journey at "LawNet 2001: A Technical Odyssey". I left that conference with many connections that I have kept up to this day. I used what I learned to advance my law firm's strategy in a number of technology areas. I was hooked on ILTA conferences. In 2002 I volunteered on the conference committee, the year after was co-chair. 20 years later, my company is a Platinum sponsor of ILTA, an exhibitor at ILTACON and a sponsor of ILTACON Europe. I participated in both events this year, which reinforced my love of ILTA conferences. And now that ILTA allows business partners to participate on the ILTACON planning committee. I applied and was accepted for the ILTACON 2023 conference planning committee. I am very excited to volunteer in that way. Here are a few things I learned at this year's ILTACONS and this year's Tech Survey, and what I expect from ILTACON 2023! M E M B E R R E S O U R C E S
