How did you get interested in the field you are currently in? I followed a path in library school from a special libraries seminar to a law librarianship course to an internship and my first job in an academic law library. What I had gradually realized is that law has in common with history, my undergrad major, that it intersects with nearly every other realm of human endeavor, which means that the research side of my work always has variety. What led you to your career? Was there a defining moment? I can't say there was a defining moment leading to my career, but certainly it came to feel like a career as I began to connect with other law librarians, building both my network and some lifelong friendships. It was an amazing experience at my first law library conference to meet others who enjoyed nerding out about legal research and technology. To my surprise, I found myself collaborating on not one but three different programs the next time that conference rolled around! What are you most proud of accomplishing? Right now it's having recently completed a 10-mile race for the first time, something that would surprise and horrify my younger self,
