How would your friends and co-workers describe you – in three words/adjectives? Organized (which makes me flexible and able to move from project to project efficiently), Creative (I think outside the box for solutions), and Reliable (people know they can count on me to get the job done). What did you think you were you going to be when you grew up? Did you accomplish that? I had no idea. Pro soccer player? Photographer? Book editor? I had so many interests it was hard to decide when I was younger. Really my biggest ambition was to have a job I liked where I could leave work at work. My mom was a teacher and I remember her spending hours grading papers after school and I didn't want to have a job with homework. Beyond that I wanted a career where I wasn't doing the same thing every day, one that challenged me, and that used as many of my interests and skills as possible. So while there is the occasional longer work day, I think I've accomplished both. Share with us something about yourself you want to improve. So many things! Improving myself is sort of my modus operandi. I am an unfinished work. If you are not learning you're not growing. If you're not
