3 I L T A N E T . O R G F R O M T H E E D I T O R I'm glad it is Summer; longer, brighter days, with more time for reading some OG, back issues of Peer to Peer (check out our archive here). And, with the longer days, I feel like we are slowly (and gratefully) taking a step back into normal conference life... ILTACON 2022 is back in- person, at National Harbor, and on our horizon but there is lots to come before then! This issue of Peer to Peer is the first in a few years that we haven't split into a joint issue. I chose not to do this, as our ILTA education and content teams ramp up and head back in person to meet and greet, to shake hands, to come together to learn. We have a lot of programming to work on, as we have three excellent, fully in- person conferences on our plates this year! As always, first up in August, ILTACON. Then, in October, we head to San Antonio, back to Texas and ILTA's home roots, for LegalSEC Summit. And finally, we'll dash back across the pond for another amazing year of ILTACON Europe in November. ILTA is all about useful content and this magazine is the home for much of it, but we find even more in-person, together, at Conference. On deck now is this issue, Global Technologists Assemble: How Legal Collaboration Must Evolve, looks deeply at idea of collaboration...we all know that we need to, but there seems to be a disconnect on how best to do so, most effectively, across time zones and the greater, global legal world. This issue has white papers and articles that touch on member and partner views of key tools or products that will help you think creatively, to make sure we have effective communication. With additional podcasts and survey options, this issue is full of tangible content that you can implement immediately. I hope you will join us onsite at ILTACON. I know I speak for our professional staff when I say that we can't wait to see you, to reconnect. But, for now, this is Peer to Peer... enjoy the read.
