In reality, the solution's add-ons allow users to incorporate other sources of analytical and practical data and discover contextually relevant content, expertise, best practices and insights no matter what device they are using. In this article, we will discuss the add-ons available to iManage users and explain the benefits law firms can gain by utilizing them. To get started, let's look at the basic system of iManage Work. iManage Work iManage Work, the core product in the iManage ecosystem, is an intelligent document and email management system (DMS) that transforms business content and communications into knowledge. Work 10 is the new iManage client with an intuitive interface that allows users to work from anywhere. It incorporates new and improved technology to aid productivity. It is also integrated into ecosystems besides Microsoft, including Google and Apple, making it truly device-agnostic. iManage Drive iManage Drive, an add-on client feature that is available in both cloud and on-premises versions of iManage, allows a user to store, search and access files no matter when or where they are working, even when they are offline – especially important with the increase in remote work. iManage Drive enables effective information management by increasing DMS adoption while eliminating data silos and improving security and governance by providing workers with a familiar Windows Explorer interface. From a user perspective, iManage Drive looks and feels like a shared network drive, enabling users to easily store, search and retrieve documents with no training required.
