5 I L T A N E T . O R G Q&A What does success look like for ILTA in 2022 ? Ginevra Saylor: With hope, 2022 will be another year of delivering excellent educational programming in multiple formats to meet our diverse community's range of interests, levels of experience, learning styles, and preferences, along with richer, deeper and broader networking opportunities that help members of our community make meaningful and new connections. Success will see us closer to achieving myILTA and a truly inclusive and welcoming environment for everyone in our community. Kara Portwood: Success for ILTA in 2022…. ILTA Professional Staff, Business Partners, Volunteers and Members all engaged and fostering a trusted community providing thought leadership and new and innovative educational and networking opportunities. That trusted community will be key to success and making sure ILTA is the premiere association for legal technologists. Jack Thompson: As the world changed, so did the way success was measured. In 2022, ILTA's success will be taking elements from its past, embracing the future, and turning out a successful knowledge base and go to event (digital or in-person) where connections are continually being made and problems are getting solved. Chris Hunt: ILTA must continue to do what we do best – provide quality and meaningful educational programming that resonates with our audience; provide opportunities to connect with peers digitally and in-person (when feasible); and, leverage and showcase the knowledge and expertise of our business partners. Tony McKenna: 1. No negative feedback on AV and Platform… 2. Build on the high quality of engagement score from this years event 3. Seamless experience for all delegates. Chris Boyd: Constituents – members, volunteers, business partners, staff, etc. – who think that ILTA delivers a lot of value. James McKenna: I'd like to see more passionate young people become involved, help drive DEITF forward, and identify content that they find relevant and critical.
