And this was how we might have to collaborate for the near future... But, nonetheless, we were there. It was Vegas! We persisted. ILTACON 2021 was a hybrid success, and we came back to our home offices refreshed, recharged, ready to tackle upcoming programming priorities and a new year of content that awaited us, as we looked ahead and began planning for 2022. All told, 2021 has meant change: revision upon revision and having to make do with what 2020 had given us, for another year. We had all hoped that 2021 would have brought us back further in person, over collaborative session planning, onsite for conferences and symposia, but instead, we learned how to further adapt online learning: we dug in a little deeper to bring core offerings global, accessible. We would not simply make do: we would push forward, peer-poweredly toward 2022. And so, just a few days before 2022, I look back at the issues we have published in P2P, the white papers, and surveys, to the Technology Survey, our exceptional DEI Climate Survey, and everything in between. It has been a challenge, but it has been worth it. And it will be further worth it, in 2022, when we're together, again. ILTAns are better, together. And, with an eye to collaboration, we look forward to 2022… and this is Peer to Peer. Enjoy the read.
