CREATING AN INTERNATIONAL CLIENT-FACING KNOWLEDGE WEBSITE The wireframe also enabled us to see how we could present clear, intuitive navigation while also delivering powerful search options for our users to filter the information. With the huge volume of information available in the KB, we needed to make sure visitors could filter it based on the HR law topic areas of interest, the geographical jurisdictions relevant to them and the type of resource being offered, such as news, guides, articles, podcasts, etc. The site's content management system was entirely crafted around our business language, information sources and anticipated audience needs.
