For Employers, some of the benefits include: • Post a job immediately • Include your logo on job listings • View activity reports • Receive automated reminders for expiring job postings • Edit postings at any time • Copy existing postings to easily modify and create new job listings • Search the resume database [Preview] • Set up automatic email alerts for new resumes that match your criteria Although any employer can post a job in the career center, ILTA Member employers receive 30 – 40% off the Non-Member rate for job postings. These discounts also extend to our ILTAMAX, Platinum, Gold, and Silver sponsor organizations. ILTA's Career Center is also part of the Legal Job Exchange (LJE) Network. The Legal Job Exchange (LJE) is a strategic industry alliance of trade and professional associations that serve legal professionals and the employers that hire them. This expands the career center's reach and delivers significantly broader exposure for employers. ILTA gives employers two options for job posting distribution - to the ILTA Career Center only or to all of the network partner job boards in the Legal Job Exchange Network. We also have an option to Bulk Post Jobs. Bulk Posting is useful when you: • Have 10 or more jobs to post. • Post multiple jobs frequently. • Already have jobs in some database or a delimited formatted file. • Have staff with the technical expertise needed to manage large files (up to 10MB). • Have access to an FTP system to store your files. by Jeanne Martinez
