Events Update
Our present climate has certainly become
one of change. Are you prepared? Do you
know what to prepare for?
What do the metrics say as to where we are and what we possibly can
or should be doing? Is the structure proper? Have we viewed it from
all angles?
Are we doing the right thing?
These are all questions that are asked on a daily basis. So many things
are turning, changing, moving quickly, they are our new, daily reality.
So how do we prepare for this? How do we ensure that we are handling
things the appropriate way? Fast enough?
Do we have what it takes?
Chaos can do many things. Sometimes it breaks us. Sometimes, if we
can't control it, we learn how to deal with it and rise above. As we look
forward into 2022, we know for certain, that the future is uncertain
with regards to the health of our nation and possible changes. So how
do we prepare? The way we always have except with an additional
component; flexibility.
ILTAns are agile, with a brain trust that is unparalleled. As we
can now see the Las Vegas sign in the rearview mirror we know the
question to ask… 'What is the best response?' Knowing firmly that
there may not be a best response, but there is the better response, as no
response can be failure.
For ILTA events, 2021 is not over. Far, far from it! With LegalSEC,
ILTACON SA, WWL Roadshow and more still ahead of us, we are prepared
for the now, and we are looking forward to see what the future throws at us so
that we can respond, proactively and on purpose.
Planning for ILTACON 2022 has already begun and we are looking
forward to what 2022 has to offer, where we can go, who we can meet and
see again, and to bring stellar educational content that can be found nowhere
else. Thank you ILTAns, 2021 has been a challenge that we did not back away
from, we are stronger for and we look forward to what we can accomplish,
