Here is what I can say are some ways to thrive in the
context of Start/Stop/Continue:
• Start adapting business and service delivery
models to a workplace that likely never again
will be one place or another – all in the office or
all remote. Instead, develop models that assume
a hybrid work environment as the reality for the
foreseeable future.
• Stop taking precious in-person time for granted
and treat it as the unique opportunity for deep
connection that it truly represents.
• Continue leveraging the advantages provided by
digital options; connect people across geographical
areas and organizational roles to create greater
levels of access to information, diversity, and
opportunity.
My final thought on this topic. One of the keys to
thriving anywhere, anytime is love. Love of learning, love of
connecting, love of serving, love of teaching.
I love being a part of ILTA. Thank you.
And I will love seeing many of you in Las Vegas and
even more via our many digital avenues – e-groups, mini-
events, Webinars, etc.
