In this case the default option "Delimited" is appropriate, since the intention
is to use the comma as the field separator:

PARSING INFORMATION INTO SEPARATE FIELDS
When the opposite is necessary, i.e. parsing information in one field into
several fields. This requires some basic knowledge on delimiters.
Select the column to be parsed and select the Text to Columns tool
under the Data tab:
This was a straight-forward example. However, depending on your data,
the Fixed Width may produce better results. Attempt different scenarios
and experiment until you find the right combination that suits your needs.
