The Beginner's Tool Kit

"There has got to be a better way!" is a
thought I had almost daily when I first
started out in Litigation Support. The first
secret that anyone in Litigation Support
will tell you is "Yes, there is a better way!"
On my first day in a litigation support role,
my manager handed me a USB key that she
called my "toolkit". It contained various
portable executable files for different
programs. At the time, they were foreign
to me. Now? They have changed my life.
There really was a better way.
