41 I L T A N E T . O R G Experts - #CreatingTheFutureTogether," which began on May 29 and occurs every other Friday. • Create your own future by participating in "Teach a Skill / Learn a Skill" (or TaS/LaS for short) within the #CreatingTheFutureTogether online community. Here, we invite legal technologists to share a skill they are open to teaching others about, or post a skill they'd like others to consider teaching them about. And don't forget, #CreatingTheFutureTogether is free and open to all in legal to join (no membership nor business partner relationship is required), so make sure to tell a friend about it today! Have Questions or Interested in Learning More? Contact ctft@iltanet.org Focus on your professional development with ILTA Volunteer Opportunities… Many of ILTA's Volunteer opportunities can provide you opportunities to learn skills that will advance you in your career, such as Goal setting, Meeting Planning, Networking, Learning from challenges and successes of peers, Communication, and so much more. ILTA Volunteers assist the organization with large and small tasks, anything from helping contribute their thoughts or expertise to a single project to helping lead education and networking efforts on major conferences that bring together 3,000+ legal tech professionals across the globe. If you're not sure where to start your volunteer efforts, contact membership@iltanet. org. Otherwise, visit this page to opt-into the general volunteer pool, watch for current "official" volunteer openings, and discover your fellow ILTAn's volunteer stories. In the meantime, here are some great opportunities ILTA is currently accepting applications for: The Participant Applicant Review Committee (PARC). The PARC is responsible for deciding the final status of participant applications with assistance from ILTA Staff. Committee members will provide varying points of view and work to reach consensus around whether or not an individual may qualify for participant status with ILTA. The Relationship Coordinating Team (RCT). The RCT selects and mentors volunteers who focus on supporting and meeting the needs of ILTA members at a local level and who help foster the relationship the members have with the organization. Member Liaisons (MLs). MLs provide and enhance value to ILTAs members by focusing on all ILTA opportunities for member relationships, education, and collaboration. MLs are charged with assisting members with building relationships with each other and the organization, and to act as an advocate on behalf of the membership to the organization. ILTA would not be ILTA without dedicated volunteers. This includes volunteers serving at the Council-, Committee-, Team-, and Liaison- levels, as well as those many other individuals who keep ILTA Land vibrant and future forward. Consider using ILTA volunteer opportunities to help you along your career development opportunity (and have some fun along the way). Have Questions or Interested in Learning More?
