Legal teams and their outside counsel must deal with an ever-expanding universe
of electronic data. Traditionally, counsel reviewed every document in a case in a
linear fashion, making use of search terms when possible. In combination with
the growing volume of electronic data, this type of review process has proven
costly and consumes valuable time during discovery.
