ince Kramer Levin's founding in
1968, the firm has been providing its
clients with proactive, creative, and

One area of focus has been the lawyer's
document drafting workflow: specifically reviewing
the programs and processes in place to support it.
User feedback was that they wanted to spend more
time building client relationships and less time on
some of the more technical aspects of document
creation. At the same time, the IT department aimed
to reduce time and effort spent on tech support and
avoid "conflict" between software add-ins.
To address these needs, Kramer Levin
evaluated its current tech stack and set out to find
answers: How can we improve upon the existing
document drafting solutions? How can our current
systems and solutions integrate with each other
better? Is there room to simplify processes for IT
and consolidate vendors? The firm also recognized
